The subject of this interview is Jim McCullough, Managing Partner of Matthew James.
L.L.C., the company that designs and manufactures products bearing the Cello brand,
considered by many to be the very best audio products in the world. Mr. McCullough
lives and works in Middlefield Connecticut, about a 2-hour drive from either Boston
or New York. Various small companies around Connecticut construct portions of
Cello products, and final assembly takes place in Bridgeport Connecticut. Cello
products are primarily sold in export markets around the world although they are
available through about ten select retailers in North America, and through Matthew
James' Showrooms. This interview was conducted during the Spring of 2003.|
